KRCKO is heat-treated corn. It is produced exclusively from local indigenous specie of corn. The production process uses exclusively natural antioxidants and flavors.

Corn is an excellent source of biomaterials. A good source of starch, vegetable proteins, complex sugars and foliate. Contains: 12.7% water, 10% protein, 73% carbohydrate, 4.3% fat, 1.3% minerals and 2.3% cellulose.

Medicinal properties: stimulates appetite, improves sexual weakness, bile secretion, lowers blood sugar, prevents the formation of stones in the bladder, eliminates interference with urination, reduces the risk of breast and prostate cancer, benefits people with heart disease. During the heat treatment (cooking) antioxidant molecules are activated and thus the body is protected from cancer. While the corn is cooked (or baked) frolic acid, which is attributed to have anti-cancer properties, is released. This antioxidant activity increases in proportion to the time of processing.
